Prize Draw Terms

Below are the prize draw terms issued on social media in May 2026 via Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.

  1. The promoter is ACG Driving School, Nottingham, UK.
  2. The prize is one free 1-hour automatic driving lesson with ACG Driving School.
  3. The prize is available in Nottingham only and must be taken within ACG Driving School's normal lesson coverage area.
  4. Entrants must be UK residents aged 17 or over and must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence at the time of taking the lesson.
  5. Entrants must be legally able to take driving lessons in the UK and must meet the legal eyesight requirement.
  6. One entry per person. Duplicate, automated, fake, or suspicious entries may be disqualified.
  7. To enter, entrants must follow/like the ACG Driving School page, like the promotional post, and comment "DRIVE" on the promotional post before the closing date.
  8. Sharing the post is appreciated but is not required for entry.
  9. The prize draw closes at 11pm on 31st May 2026. Entries after this time will not be counted.
  10. One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
  11. The winner will be contacted by direct message from the official ACG Driving School account only.
  12. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, ACG Driving School may select another winner.
  13. The lesson is subject to instructor availability and must be booked and used within 90 days of winner confirmation.
  14. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
  15. ACG Driving School reserves the right to refuse or rearrange the lesson if the winner is not legally eligible, does not provide evidence of a valid provisional licence, is outside the covered area, or behaves in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.
  16. Personal data will only be used to administer the prize draw and contact the winner.
  17. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
